Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented research/data analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions, market research, and project planning. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, critical thinking ability, and a passion for data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data
- Conduct market, product, and competitor research
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations with actionable insights
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from data
- Support business, marketing, and development teams with research insights
- Maintain data accuracy and documentation
- Use analytical tools to improve decision-making processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R (preferred)
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly
- Good communication and documentation skills
