Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and organized Administrative & Operations Executive to manage daily administrative and operational activities for our travel and manpower services business. The candidate will be responsible for client communication, documentation, recruitment coordination, travel-related processes, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client and candidate inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, and candidate documentation.
- Manage visa, passport, travel booking, and related operational processes.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and reports accurately.
- Verify and process documents required for overseas recruitment and travel services.
- Follow up with clients, candidates, and service providers regarding ongoing applications and services.
- Support day-to-day office administration and operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of company records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration, Operations, Recruitment, Travel Services, or a related field.
- Good communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manpower consultancy, overseas recruitment, travel agency operations, or documentation processing.
- Knowledge of visa and passport procedures will be an added advantage.
