About the Role
We’re looking for a Web Developer/Designer who can build clean, responsive websites and make them look good. You’ll work directly with clients in the US time zone, so communication and reliability matter.
What You’ll Do
1. Design & Develop: Create responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript. WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS work is a plus
2. UI/UX: Turn wireframes into modern, user-friendly designs using Figma/Adobe XD
3. Maintenance: Update existing sites, fix bugs, improve page speed and SEO basics
4. Client Calls: Join US shift calls to understand requirements and share updates
5. Collab: Work with marketing and content teams to launch landing pages and campaigns
Must Have
1. 1-2 yrs experience in web development/design
2. Strong in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap/Tailwind
3. Experience with WordPress, Elementor, or similar builders
4. Portfolio of live websites you’ve built or designed
5. Comfortable working US night shift and handling async communication
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
