Job Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through phone calls and explain our loan products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads from company-provided databases and marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Assist customers with loan application procedures and required documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth loan processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi (English knowledge is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
- Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Banking, Finance, or Loan Industry preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
