JD for Indirect Procurement
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies Indirect materials
- Identify and evaluate global suppliers to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and reliability
- Lead RFQs, contract negotiations, and supplier selection
- Build and maintain strong relationships with approved vendors
- Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost)
- Conduct supplier audits in collaboration with QA teams
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and value engineering projects
- Analyse market trends, pricing, and supply risks
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and long-term agreements
- Ensure procurement complies with GMP, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Work closely with Quality Assurance to onboard compliant vendors
- Maintain documentation for audits and inspections
- Partner with Production, Engg and R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
- Align procurement plans with demand forecasts and production schedules
- Identify supply risks and develop contingency plans
- Ensure dual sourcing for critical materials where required
- Lead and Execute of Capex Projects
- Finalise maintenance contracts
- Stake holder management and communication
Location: Hyderabad
Experience 7-9 yrs of Procurement in Pharma Industry
Education: With Graduation or Post Graduation
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
