Qualification : Any Graduate with MBA HR.
Oversees end-to-end HR operations, focusing on high-volume recruitment for production roles, compliance with labor laws/safety regulations, employee relations, and performance management. Key responsibilities include implementing HR strategies, managing payroll/benefits, training, and maintaining a positive work culture across multiple shifts, Coordination between head office, plants/factories & branch offices.
Key Responsibilities
· Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for shop floor, engineering, and staff roles, including onboarding new hires.
· Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws, including the Factories Act, and maintain workplace safety standards.
· Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and union/industrial relations communications.
· Performance & Training: Oversee performance appraisal systems and coordinate training programs for skilled/semi-skilled workers.
· HR Operations: Manage payroll, compensation, benefits administration, and maintain accurate employee records.
· Strategy: Develop HR policies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Proven experience as an HR Generalist or Manager, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
· Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
· Experience with HRIS systems and data reporting.
Typical Activities
· Conducting daily HR activity reports.
· Handling employee inquiries and disputes.
· Organizing team-building activities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
