The candidate will be responsible for patientmonitoring, medication administration, personal care assistance, and maintaining accuratehealthcare records while ensuring patient comfort and safety.Key Responsibilities• Deliver professional nursing care to patients at their residence as per prescribed medicalprotocols• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health conditions regularly• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal hygiene• Provide bedside care, including support for mobility and diaper changing when required• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment charts, and nursing documentation• Educate patients and family members regarding healthcare plans and recoveryprocedures• Coordinate with doctors, supervisors, and healthcare teams to ensure effective patientcare• Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and clinical quality standards• Be available for extended duty hours or 24-hour support in emergency or critical patientcare situations, as requiredEligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification• ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Diploma in NursingRegistration• Valid INC (Indian Nursing Council) or KNC Registration Certificate is mandatoryExperience• Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to applyWork Details• Regular Shift Timing: 12 Hours• Emergency Requirement: Candidates should be flexible and available for 24-hour supportduring emergency or critical care situations, if required• Job Locations: Chennai, Madurai, Bangalore, Mysore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Indore, Delhi,Kolkata, GuwahatiCompensation & Benefits• Salary: Current salary with up to 30% hike based on interview performance andexperience• Food Allowance (Based on location)• Accommodation Support (Based on location)• Travel Expenses• Provident Fund (PF)Documents Required• Updated Resume• Educational Certificates• INC Registration Certificate• Experience Letter (if applicable)• Aadhaar Card• PAN Card• Payslips and Bank Statement from current/previous employer
