About the Role:
Job Summary
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand clients' needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about driving results.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients/customers.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
- Should be KPI oriented. Track and report on self-performance metrics and progress to senior management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in [Education industry/sector, e.g., Banking, IT, FMCG, or Real Estate].
- A strong network of industry contacts.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline). Preferred Post Graduation from any renowned University or College.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in team handling, preferably in the education sector.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information and articulate the benefits of our educational programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with team.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
- Should be KPI oriented. Track and report on team performance metrics and progress to senior management.
