Nextleap Education is hiring a Sales Counsellor – UK Market to guide prospective learners through our career-focused programs. This role is focused on consultative selling, student counselling, and converting qualified leads into enrolments for the UK region.
Responsibilities
- Counsel UK-based students via phone, email, WhatsApp, and video calls
- Understand student career goals and recommend suitable programs
- Clearly explain course outcomes, duration, fees, and learning journey
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student interaction records
Mandatory Requirements (Please Apply Only If You Meet These)
- Education background (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required)
- Proven experience in EdTech sales / education counselling (mandatory)
- Prior experience in inside sales or student counselling roles
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable working in UK time zones
- Strong persuasion, empathy, and consultative selling skills
- Willingness to relocate to Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Preferred (Good to Have)
- UK citizen or currently UK-based
- Prior experience handling UK learners or international markets
