We are seeking motivated and capable applicants who have completed, or are currently pursuing, a course involving PCB design, such as a B.Tech in Electronics/Electronic Engineering, or a relevant standalone PCB or electronic design course. Candidates with strong practical, hands-on experience in PCB design and electronic systems are also encouraged to apply, provided they meet the other requirements and align with our organizational culture as outlined above.
The role requires an Electronic Systems Engineer who will be responsible for designing printed circuit boards (PCBs) for a wide range of applications, as well as assembling, testing, and validating these designs. As part of this role, you will be encouraged to contribute ideas at every level of the design process—from high-level system architecture to detailed, low-level circuit design. You will work within a structured framework of standards and procedures to ensure consistency, quality, and safety, and in some cases, you may also contribute to developing new standards or improving existing ones. The knowledge gained through your work will not only enhance your own expertise but will also be shared across the team to promote collective growth and continuous improvement.
