The Program Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of multiple projects within client programs. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The Program Manager will drive operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, process improvements, and the successful adoption of Teknobuilt's solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Governance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies aligned with client and business objectives.
- Define program scope, deliverables, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and risk management processes across projects.
- Provide on-site support and guidance to project teams during planning and execution phases.
Project & Delivery Management
- Oversee multiple project managers and project delivery teams to ensure successful execution of projects within the program.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization.
- Develop and implement deployment and change management strategies for process and system improvements.
- Drive standardization and integration of project management practices, documentation, and reporting across projects.
- Support the configuration, implementation, training, and deployment of Teknobuilt solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Coordinate communication among project sites, PMO teams, client leadership, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, engagement, and long-term success.
- Manage escalations and resolve critical issues affecting project delivery or client relationships.
- Analyze client workflows and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
- Guide stakeholders through onboarding and adoption of Teknobuilt products, promoting user engagement and successful implementation.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and support project managers and cross-functional teams, including delivery, operations, product, design, and data teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing across all levels of the organization.
- Build and maintain high-performing teams focused on achieving program objectives and client success.
Operational Excellence
- Implement and promote industry best practices in program and project management (PMI, APM, Agile, or similar methodologies).
- Ensure consistency in project governance, reporting, risk management, and quality standards.
- Drive successful adoption and ongoing utilization of Teknobuilt software solutions.
- Collaborate with product teams to provide user feedback, identify enhancement opportunities, and support product improvements.
- Work closely with technical teams to resolve implementation challenges and support data and system integration requirements.
Strategic & Business Support
- Partner with Account Managers and Product Managers on client solutioning, product positioning, and business growth initiatives.
- Support pre-sales activities, proposal development, scope definition, and client presentations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Teknobuilt's products, services, and operational processes by documenting business workflows and functional requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, PMO, or Client Delivery roles.
- Excellent Communication skills. Advanced level in English is a must.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
- Experience working with enterprise software implementations, SaaS platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
- Experience within construction technology, infrastructure, engineering, capital projects, or related industries.
- Familiarity with project controls, PMO operations, change management, and enterprise software deployment.
- Experience working directly with senior executives and client leadership teams.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
