Sales Coordination
- Receive and coordinate customer enquiries, orders, and requirements.
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with other team for order confirmation and follow-up.
- Maintain customer details, order status, and sales records.
- Coordinate with the production/store team to ensure materials are available for dispatch.
- Follow up on dispatch schedules and delivery status.
- Collect customer feedback after delivery and communicate any issues to the concerned team.
- Follow up on pending customer payments and provide updates to the accounts team.
Purchase Coordination
- Collect purchase requirements from the concerned departments.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare prices, quality, delivery time, and payment terms.
- Prepare purchase orders after receiving the required approval.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding order confirmation, delivery schedules, and material availability.
- Follow up regularly on pending purchase orders.
- Coordinate with stores for material receipt and quantity/quality verification.
- Inform the concerned team about shortages, damages, delays, or quality issues.
- Maintain supplier details, quotations, purchase orders, and purchase records.
Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain proper records of sales and purchase documents.
- Ensure all sales and purchase transactions are properly documented.
- Coordinate between Sales, Purchase, Stores, Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Suppliers/Customers.
- Update management regularly regarding pending orders, purchases, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned coordination activities.
- Handle day-to-day communication through email, phone, and WhatsApp professionally.
Key Responsibility:
To ensure that customer orders are processed smoothly, deliveries are coordinated properly, and all related records and follow-ups are maintained accurately.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
