As a kitchen chef, you require to assist head chef managing the day-to-day operation of the kitchen . You also ensure our food maintains the highest quality. This fine dining restaurant is just eight kilometres away from venice of the east, surrounded by superb amenities and is easily accessible.
Job requirements include:
- Culinary background and previous experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or any related certification
- Licensure from a certifying agency
- Experience in menu planning, development and costing
- Proven skill in kitchen administration
- Good organisational skills and ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment, and adhere to the highest standards
- Strong leadership skills in the management and development of the kitchen team
- Compliance with all HACCP and hygiene requirements by the kitchen staff
