Job Summary:
The Trainer Head will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs for digital appliances, including Small Home Appliances (SHA) and Home Appliances (HA), along with sales training. The role focuses on enhancing product knowledge, improving sales skills, and ensuring consistent performance across all retail teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute training strategies for SHA, HA, and digital appliance products.
- Deliver product training sessions covering features, usage, and competitive advantages.
- Conduct sales training programs to improve conversion, upselling, and customer handling skills.
- Train and mentor sales teams, supervisors, and new joiners across branches.
- Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, and product demos.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with brand partners for product updates and specialized training sessions.
- Identify skill gaps and implement improvement plans for sales staff.
- Ensure standard training processes are followed across all locations.
- Monitor field performance and provide on-the-job coaching.
