Position: PCB Design Engineer (Power Electronics / Motor Controller Design)

About the Role
We are seeking a PCB Design Engineer with 3–4+ years of experience in schematic capture and multilayer PCB design using Altium Designer. The candidate should be capable of handling the complete hardware development lifecycle from schematic design through Gerber release and production support, with a focus on power electronics, motor controllers, and H-Bridge designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design schematics using Altium Designer.
- Develop 4 to 8+ layer PCB layouts.
- Design BLDC/PMSM motor controllers, H-Bridge and Half-Bridge circuits.
- Optimize PCB layouts for signal integrity, thermal performance, and manufacturability.
- Generate Gerber, ODB++, fabrication, assembly, BOM and Pick & Place files.
- Manage Gerber releases and revision control.
- Support prototype bring-up, debugging and production release.
- Coordinate with firmware, mechanical and manufacturing teams.
Technical Skills
- Minimum 3–4 years of PCB design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Altium Designer.
- Experience in high-current and mixed-signal PCB layout.
- Knowledge of MOSFET gate drivers, current sensing and protection circuits.
- Knowledge of CAN, UART, SPI, I²C and RS485.
EMI / EMC
- Experience in EMI/EMC-compliant PCB layout.
- Grounding, return path optimization, decoupling and noise reduction.
- Knowledge of CE/FCC/CISPR design practices is preferred.
Manufacturing & Production
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
- PCB fabrication and assembly support.
- Production documentation and engineering change management.
- Manufacturing issue resolution.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in ECE, EEE or related field.
- Good communication, documentation and analytical skills.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
