We are looking for a smart, energetic, and result-oriented MBA graduate to handle marketing, lead generation, client coordination, and appointment management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling studio marketing activities and promotions
- Generating leads through social media, WhatsApp, referrals, and campaigns
- Coordinating with clients for bridal bookings and salon appointments
- Managing customer inquiries and converting leads into bookings
- Maintaining appointment schedules and follow-ups
- Coordinating with the makeup and salon team for smooth operations
- Building relationships with wedding planners, photographers, and event managers
- Assisting in branding and business development activities
- Managing Instagram and digital marketing promotions
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and client handling skills
- Good knowledge of social media marketing
- Strong follow-up and lead conversion abilities
- Professional attitude and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online tools
- Passion towards beauty, fashion, and luxury client servicing
