We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and visionary Creative Lead who can shape brand narratives, lead content and design initiatives, oversee creative production, and create impactful digital experiences across multiple brands and platforms.
Role Overview
As the Creative Lead, you will own the creative vision and storytelling direction across Datameris and its products. You will work closely with leadership, marketing, product, and technology teams to transform ideas into compelling brand stories, engaging content, impactful videos, and intuitive digital experiences.
This is a leadership role that combines creative strategy, content direction, social media creativity, video production, branding, and UI/UX thinking.
The ideal candidate should be capable of leading creative projects from concept to execution while ensuring consistency, innovation, and business impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Storytelling
- Own and define the creative vision, brand identity, and storytelling framework for Datameris and its products.
- Develop compelling brand narratives that connect emotionally with target audiences.
- Define brand voice, messaging, communication style, and visual direction.
- Collaborate with leadership to translate business goals into creative strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and customer experiences.
Creative Direction & Campaign Development
- Conceptualize and lead creative campaigns across digital, social, video, and product marketing channels.
- Develop creative concepts, campaign themes, mood boards, and storytelling frameworks.
- Create creative briefs and guide execution teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and foster a culture of innovation and creative excellence.
- Ensure every campaign aligns with brand objectives and business goals.
Social Media Content & Creative Video Production
- Develop innovative social media content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Create concepts for reels, short-form videos, founder-led content, educational content, and brand storytelling videos.
- Plan and oversee social media creative calendars and content campaigns.
- Direct video shoots, content production, and post-production workflows.
- Stay updated with digital content trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.
- Drive engagement through creative storytelling and audience-focused content.
Video Production & Creative Content
- Conceptualize and supervise brand films, promotional videos, product launches, testimonials, and corporate storytelling content.
- Develop scripts, storyboards, video concepts, and content structures.
- Review and approve video edits to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with video editors, motion graphic artists, and production teams.
- Maintain high creative standards across all multimedia content.
UI/UX & Digital Experience Design
- Collaborate with product and development teams to design user-centric digital experiences.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interface concepts using Figma.
- Review and guide UI/UX designs to ensure consistency with brand identity.
- Contribute to product design discussions and user experience improvements.
- Ensure visual consistency across websites, landing pages, applications, and digital products.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and freelance creatives.
- Provide constructive feedback and creative direction to team members.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, technology, and business teams for integrated execution.
- Build scalable creative processes and quality control systems.
Brand Governance & Quality Assurance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet quality, branding, and communication standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and creative audits across projects.
- Drive continuous improvement in design, content, and storytelling quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Creative Strategy, Branding, Advertising, Content, or Creative Leadership roles.
- Proven experience in social media content creation and creative video production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, branding, campaigns, and creative leadership.
- Experience conceptualizing and directing short-form videos, reels, and digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in Figma and strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Good understanding of video production, editing workflows, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and deliver creative excellence consistently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in advertising agencies, startups, technology companies, or creative studios.
- Scriptwriting, copywriting, or content strategy experience.
- Experience managing personal branding or founder-led content initiatives.
- Understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and content marketing.
- Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools and content generation platforms.
