Job Overview We are looking for experienced Technical Support Executives for Lenovo's Bangalore location. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi and possess hands-on experience in hardware technical support
Experience Required: 1–3 Years Salary: Up to ₹3.5 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹35,000 per month CTC)
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in hardware support processes is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of operating systems and computer hardware components.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer support environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of experience in Technical Support.
- Candidates with hardware support experience will be preferred.
- Candidates with only software support experience may not be considered.
- Work Schedule Rotational Shifts. Rotational Week Offs. 5 Days Working (as per business requirements)
