Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor.
- Monitor manpower deployment and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Store departments.
- Monitor attendance and discipline of workers.
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.
- Follow production targets and report any deviations to management.
- Ensure all workers follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Handle basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when required.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and write English, Hindi, or Gujarati.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of production documentation and reporting.
- Ability to maintain discipline and productivity on the floor.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and MS Word preferred).
- Understanding of food manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Must have good reading and writing skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts if required.
- Prior experience in a food manufacturing company will be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,980.59 - ₹20,000.00 per month
