Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about hiring and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds
- Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
- Work closely with the team to fulfill hiring requirements
Requirements:
- Freshers can also apply
- Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
- Basic knowledge of recruitment is an advantage
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
