Who you'll be working with
We build the solutions dreamed up by the product and design teams. Our goal is to deliver working software every two weeks. We are a large team that spans across three global offices, but we collaborate and integrate front- and back-end components and interfaces to provide a user-centered experience through web and mobile platforms.
What you'll be doing
- Own technical SEO delivery across a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts on Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, and WordPress.
- Lead technical audits and turn findings into prioritised remediation roadmaps tied to projected commercial impact (rankings, traffic, revenue).
- Diagnose rendering, crawl, and indexation issues across CSR, SSR, ISR, headless, and SPA builds; work with engineering on fixes.
- Lead site migrations end-to-end: pre-migration baselining, URL mapping, redirect logic, staging QA, launch-day monitoring, post-launch recovery analysis.
- Measure, monitor, and grow client visibility across AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity (AEO/GEO).
- Own the monthly performance cycle, lead QBRs, present technical findings on weekly client calls, and translate technical work into commercial outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
