Job Summary:
Catalyst Education is hiring an enthusiastic Academic Counsellor for our Perinthalmanna branch. The candidate will guide students in selecting suitable courses, handle inquiries, and support the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic counselling to students and parents
- Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online leads
- Explain courses, fees, and career opportunities
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure admissions
- Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions
- Meet monthly targets and contribute to business growth
- Work closely with marketing and academic teams
Requirements:
- Any Degree (Freshers/Experienced can apply)
- Strong communication skills (English & Malayalam)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

- Experience in counselling, sales, or education sector
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills
