About the Role
Trinex Global is looking for motivated students and recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in HR, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition.
You will work with our recruitment team on live hiring assignments, helping source candidates, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and understand how professional recruitment works from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing: Find relevant candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job platforms.
Resume Screening: Review and shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements.
HR Screening: Conduct initial candidate conversations and collect basic recruitment information.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
Recruitment Tracking: Maintain candidate information, interview schedules, and hiring updates using Google Sheets or Excel.
Candidate Engagement: Follow up with candidates and maintain professional communication.
Who Can Apply?
- Students or recent graduates
- MBA HR, BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, or any graduate interested in HR
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn recruitment and talent acquisition
- No prior recruitment experience required
