Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead the sales operations for our Aluminium Doors & Windows division. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the building materials/interiors/construction industry, with a proven track record in business development, dealer management, project sales, and revenue growth.
The candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and project segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, fabricators, dealers, and channel partners.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Handle project sales and coordinate with clients from inquiry to closure.
- Conduct market research to identify competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams for smooth project execution and delivery.
- Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings to promote the brand.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 6–7 years of sales experience in Aluminium Doors & Windows, UPVC, Facades, Glass, Building Materials, or related industries.
- Strong network with architects, builders, contractors, and dealers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle team targets and pressure-driven environments.
- Good understanding of project sales and channel sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in handling premium aluminium systems/products.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Self-motivated with excellent business development skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
