Roles and responsibilities:
* Identify and generate potential leads from construction companies, contractors, builders, and infrastructure firms.
* Conduct market research to identify prospective customers and business opportunities.
* Assist in reaching out to prospects through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
* Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
* Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
* Support preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
* Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
* Learn and understand ERP software features, modules, and benefits for construction businesses.
* Assist in organizing webinars, events, and customer engagement activities.
* Provide regular reports on lead generation and sales activities
Skills required:
* Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good computer proficiency, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to learn software products and explain concepts clearly.
* Strong willingness to build a career in sales and business development.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team..
KPI based upon:
* Number of leads generated.
* Meetings/demo appointments scheduled.
* Follow-up effectiveness.
* CRM data accuracy and maintenance.
* Contribution to sales pipeline growth
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
