- Operate conventional machines such as lathe, milling, drilling, grinding, and CNC machines as required.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and job cards.
- Set up workpieces, fixtures, cutting tools, and machine parameters.
- Manufacture components within specified tolerances and quality standards.
- Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for machining operations.
- Identify and troubleshoot machining problems to minimize downtime.
- Carry out routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Record production output, inspection results, and machine performance.
- Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and 5S practices.
- Work closely with supervisors, programmers, and quality personnel to meet production targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
