At Nish Hair Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our people function while supporting the company's rapid growth. This role is responsible for overseeing the complete employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and employee exits.
The ideal candidate is a people-focused professional with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills who can build efficient HR processes while fostering a positive and high-performing work culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across Retail, Corporate, Operations, Marketing, and other business functions.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and coordinate hiring processes with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Track hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment efficiency.
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, and other employee-related documents.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and organizational processes.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Support conflict resolution by working closely with employees and managers to resolve workplace concerns.
- Drive employee retention initiatives and strengthen organizational culture.
4. Performance Management & Employee Development
- Coordinate and manage performance review cycles across departments.
- Work closely with managers to support employee development and career growth.
- Identify training and learning requirements and coordinate development programs.
- Monitor employee performance, feedback, and progression initiatives.
5. HR Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure adherence to company policies, HR procedures, and applicable labor laws.
- Develop, implement, and improve HR policies and processes.
- Monitor HR reports, employee data, attendance, leave records, and documentation.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling employee information.
6. Employee Exit Management
- Manage resignation processes, exit interviews, clearance formalities, and full employee offboarding.
- Prepare relieving letters, experience letters, and other exit-related documentation.
- Analyze exit feedback to identify trends and improve employee retention.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or HR Generalist roles, with prior experience managing end-to-end HR functions.
- Strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and performance management.
- Excellent interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of HR policies, employee lifecycle management, and labor law compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification in HR is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
