. Strong experience in SAP Authorization ECC, S/4HANA Security, Public Cloud Authorization and SAP Fiori security
. Manage SAP users, authorizations, and profiles across the SAP landscape ECC, SRM, GTS, S/4HANA etc
. Experience in SAP Public cloud Authorization
. Proficient with SAP authorization concept in S/4Hana and role design, Fiori app assignment to roles (catalogues and spaces), user administration, resolving Fiori authorization issues using error log transactions, SOD conflict resolution
. Must have good experience in System Security, Role Maintenance and Authorizations Experience in handling Incidents, Change Management and Problem Management.
. Prepare Knowledge Transition plan and document to Support teams
. End user manual preparation and user training the users
. Processing of all incoming incidents and service requests as part of a 2nd level support
. Execution of tasks from change management for the defined task areas
. User account management and authorization assignment for the SAP systems
. Telephone, software assisted user support mainly for the SAP systems, as well as the identity and access management process, as far as this is related to SAP authorization requirements
. Close cooperation with 1st level support and subject matter experts to improve service
. Monitoring the IT service and generating reports
. Introduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability, and performance of each SAP instance.
. Working with respective functional teams and able to map identified task based responsibilities to standard Fiori apps, co ordinate with role and user assignments
