Distribution Channel Management
Build strong relationships with distribution channels (e.g., Agency, Axis, YBL, DSF, Strategic Alliances) to expand program outreach and client acquisition.
Engage with distribution channel to co-create campaigns across Marketing/Sales impacting sales outcomes.
Training and Development Liaison: Act as the key stakeholder to liaison for training and development initiatives within the Affluent, ensuring that all teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel. Design training modules along with DCC for a distinctive competency building proposition for sellers across Affluent Domestic Indians, Non-Resident Indians and Business Insurance segment.
Product Innovation Digital Projects
Partner with Products and Underwriting teams to design customized life insurance solutions, suited for Affluent Indians
Oversee digital projects, such as funnel management/client servicing portals/portfolio reviews to enhance experience and operational efficiency, for sellers as well as customers.
Performance Management
Prepare management review reports, analyze program KPIs with respective Channels, and present actionable insights into senior leadership.
Provide timely analysis and insights to Channels for proactive diagnosis of any issues and timely corrective action.
Create forums at National platforms to recognize Channels/Sellers
Operational Excellence Bottleneck Resolution
Work with Operations to streamline processes like policy issuance and claims, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure seamless service delivery.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal policies, collaborating with cross-functional teams like Legal Compliance, to mitigate risks and enhance program efficiency.
Engagement Rhythm, Governance and Calendar Management:
Define and implement a channel-specific engagement rhythm calendar to drive key performance indicators at the start of each month. Ensure the execution and continuous monitoring of these plans, providing necessary visibility and updates.
Data management Data-driven decision-making:
Oversee the creation and management of comprehensive dashboards that enable insightful qualitative analysis. Develop work plans, gather and generate relevant data, conduct detailed analysis, and formulate actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes.
