About the Company:
Acrowell Labs is a fast-growing pharmaceutical company expanding its business across India through monopoly-based PCD Pharma franchise opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective distributors, medical representatives, and stockists across India to promote the company products.
- Explain product portfolio, Net Rates, MRP structures, and close deals.
- Convert fresh leads into franchise partners and secure advance payments.
- Manage and follow up with existing clients for repeat orders and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with dispatch and billing teams regarding shipments, stock availability, and promotional materials.
- Resolve client queries related to transport, billing, and order status.
- Achieve monthly sales goals.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in PCD Pharma / Franchise Sales / Pharma Telecalling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred).
- Ability to handle objections and close deals over calls.
- Target-driven and relationship-focused attitude.

Note: Fresher and candidates with prior PCD Pharma B2B experience will be shortlisted.
