FRONT OFFICE -ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and phone calls.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Address guest concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and payment transactions.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in hotel front office operations.-Fresher also welcome
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of hotel management software and MS Office.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
