We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager - Lead acid or lithium ion batteries Channel Sales to lead our channel sales efforts in Delhi NCR GURGAON & Faridabad . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our channel partner network, driving sales growth, and expanding our market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead acid or lithium ion batteries Channel Management Delhi NCR GURGAON & FariDABAD
1. Recruit, manage, and develop a network of channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
2. Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
3. Manage channel partner relationships, including contract negotiations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Sales Growth
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new channel partners.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to drive sales growth.
Performance Management
1. Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
2. Analyse sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize channel partner performance.
3. Identify and address performance gaps, including sales training and development programs for channel partners.
General Responsibilities
1. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
3. Develop and manage budgets for channel sales initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in channel sales, sales management, or business development.
3. Proven track record of driving sales growth, expanding market share, and developing successful channel partner relationships.
4. Strong knowledge of channel sales strategies, tactics, and best practices.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
