Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Manager with strong expertise in Cyber Security and Cloud Security solutions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing technical solutions, supporting the sales team, delivering presentations/demos, and driving solution consulting for enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in cyber security services, cloud security solutions, solution architecture, client interaction, and technical proposal management within the IT services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Design and propose Cyber Security and Cloud Security solutions for enterprise clients.
- Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare RFP/RFI responses, solution documents, BOQs, technical proposals, and SOWs.
- Support sales closures by providing technical consultation and solution architecture.
- Coordinate with OEMs, technology partners, and internal delivery teams.
- Conduct security assessments and recommend suitable security frameworks and solutions.
- Provide pre-sales support for SOC, SIEM, VAPT, EDR/XDR, IAM, DLP, Firewall, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, and Managed Security Services.
- Understand customer infrastructure and recommend scalable cloud security architecture.
- Stay updated with latest cyber threats, security technologies, and cloud trends.
- Participate in POCs, solution deployment planning, and customer onboarding discussions.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Cyber Security and Cloud Security solutions.
- Experience in IT Services pre-sales and solution consulting.
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of SOC, SIEM, IAM, Firewall, EDR/XDR, CASB, DLP, VAPT, and Zero Trust Architecture.
- Experience in preparing technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with enterprise and mid-market clients.
