Chartered Accountancy (CA) Firm
Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated and career-oriented Audit & Tax Executives who are interested in building a long-term career with a CA firm. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Income Tax, GST compliance, Tax Audit, and ROC filings, and should be capable of independently handling assigned responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Income Tax
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies.
- Handling income tax notices and related compliance matters.
GST Compliance
- Preparation and filing of GST returns including:
o GSTR-1
o GSTR-3B
o GSTR-9
o GSTR-9C
- GST reconciliations and compliance support.
Tax Audit
- Independently execute Tax Audits.
- Good working knowledge of all clauses of the Tax Audit Report (Form 3CA/3CB & 3CD).
- Preparation of audit working papers and supporting documentation.
ROC & MCA Compliance
- Filing of various ROC forms including:
o MGT-7 / MGT-7A
o AOC-4 / AOC-XBRL
o DPT-3
o Form-11
o Other MCA compliance forms as required.
- Maintenance of statutory records and compliance documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Income Tax and GST laws.
- Experience in Tax Audit assignments.
- Practical knowledge of ROC/MCA filings.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.
- CA Dropout candidates are welcome.
- Candidates currently pursuing CA are not preferred.
Experience
- Relevant experience in Taxation, Audit, and ROC Compliance within a CA Firm.
- 6 Month - 4 years
