Job Summary
The Employee Transportation Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring employee transportation operations to ensure safe, timely, and efficient transportation services. The role involves managing transport vendors, maintaining transportation records, preparing reports, handling employee communication, responding to emails, and supporting management with transportation-related data and presentations.
Key ResponsibilitiesTransportation Operations
- Plan and supervise daily employee transportation activities.
- Coordinate employee pick-up and drop schedules for all shifts.
- Ensure timely vehicle allocation and route planning.
- Monitor vehicle movement through GPS or transport management systems.
- Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and internal departments.
- Handle transportation-related emergencies and employee concerns promptly.
Administration & System Management
- Maintain transportation records in ERP, HRMS, or Transport Management Systems.
- Update employee transport details, routes, rosters, and shift changes in the system.
- Generate and maintain transportation MIS and operational reports.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance.
- Maintain vendor documentation, vehicle records, insurance, permits, and compliance documents.
Reports & MIS
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Transportation Reports.
- Prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Analyze transportation utilization, vehicle efficiency, and employee transport costs.
- Track transportation KPIs and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain transportation dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
Email & Communication
- Respond professionally to transportation-related emails.
- Coordinate with employees regarding transport schedules, route changes, and service updates.
- Communicate with transport vendors regarding operational requirements.
- Draft official communications, notices, and transportation circulars.
- Escalate critical transportation issues to management.
Documentation & Presentations
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for management meetings.
- Maintain SOPs, transportation policies, and process documentation.
- Prepare monthly review presentations on transportation performance.
- Support audits by providing transportation-related documentation and reports.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with company transportation policies and statutory regulations.
- Verify driver licenses, vehicle permits, insurance, pollution certificates, and fitness certificates.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure safety standards are followed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Transportation, Administration, Logistics, or Fleet Management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
