Job Summary
Cheran Group is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with experience in Food Product Sales to develop and expand business across the HORECA segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers, and Institutional Customers). The ideal candidate should possess strong field sales experience, excellent customer relationship skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business with restaurants, hotels, cafés, caterers, cloud kitchens, and institutional customers.
- Identify new business opportunities through regular field visits and market development activities.
- Promote and sell food products to existing and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Generate sales orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for smooth product delivery.
- Follow up on customer payments and collections.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily sales reports and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Food Product Sales, FMCG Sales, HORECA Sales, or Institutional Sales.
- Experience in B2B field sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of the Coimbatore market.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and own a two-wheeler.
- Willingness to travel within Coimbatore and nearby regions.
