Qualification Criteria – Senior Site Engineer
Position: Senior Site Engineer
Minimum Experience: 5 Years
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Additional certifications in construction management, project management, quality control, or safety management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision and execution of residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in managing site activities, contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams.
- Experience in RCC, finishing works, MEP coordination, and quality assurance procedures.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and site execution practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings.
- Familiarity with local building regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software. Knowledge of BIM/Revit will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
- Verify measurements, prepare progress reports, and monitor material consumption.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and problem-solving during construction.
