Junior Accountant / Bookkeeper — QuickBooks Preferred
Location: Anandvalli, Gangapur Road, Nashik (work from office)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (in-hand), based on experience
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Saturday

Avanya Global is a Nashik-based company that provides business systems, automation, and back-office services to businesses in the USA. You will work from our Anandvalli office and support the accounts of a US-based consumer electronics distribution company.
About the role
We are looking for an accountant with strong fundamentals to handle daily bookkeeping for a US company. QuickBooks Online knowledge is preferred; if you don't have it but your accounting basics are solid, we will still consider you and help you get up to speed.
Your day-to-day work:
- Recording daily transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts)
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable tracking
- Preparing simple reports and summaries
- Keeping records clean, organized, and up to date
What we need from you:
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
- 1–3 years of hands-on accounting work (Tally or any accounting software — journal entries, bank reconciliation, ledgers)
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Able to read and write English well (all work is in English)
- Based in Nashik, or able to commute to Anandvalli daily
- Careful, detail-oriented, and reliable
Preferred (strong advantage, not mandatory):
- QuickBooks Online experience
- GST working knowledge
- Any exposure to US or international company accounts
