Role Overview
SIMMFA is looking for enthusiastic Tele Sales Executives to connect with prospective students and parents, explain our music courses, and convert inquiries into enrollments. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to promote our hobby courses and professional music programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Explain SIMMFA’s music hobby courses, diploma, and degree programs to students and parents.
- Counsel prospects and convert leads into course enrollments.
- Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM or call records.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or admissions counseling.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable handling calls and working with sales targets.
- Interest in music or education industry is a plus.
