Service Manager – Shaadi.com
We are hiring a Service Manager to lead a 50+ member VIP/HNI Customer Service team and drive sales, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 4–9 years of relevant experience in Customer Service + Sales
- International Customer Service experience is mandatory — US/UK/Australia customers preferred
- Manager-level experience with strong team management
- Experience in sales, upselling/cross-selling, conversions, value & volume selling
- 50+ team management preferred
- VIP/HNI and Banking Customer Service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree
