Codekraft Studio is a creative production and performance marketing agency in Tirupati. We shoot films, run ad campaigns, and build brands for clients in food, education, healthcare and hospitality.
We're hiring across several roles right now. We need someone to help us run that hiring properly instead of letting resumes sit in an inbox.
About the internship
3 months, full time, in our Tirupati office. Extendable to 6 months, and we're open to making it a permanent HR Executive role if it goes well.
You'll work with our HR lead and get to run parts of the hiring process yourself from fairly early on.
What you'll be doing
Finding candidates on Indeed, LinkedIn, Instagram and through college networks.
Going through applications and making first round calls.
Setting up interviews and keeping candidates and our team on the same page.
Keeping the candidate tracker updated so nobody falls through the cracks.
Helping draft offer letters, internship letters and onboarding paperwork.
Maintaining attendance, leave and employee records.
Getting new joiners settled in, and helping with team activities.
Who we're looking for
You're doing or have finished an MBA in HR, a BBA, or any degree, and HR is something you actually want to do.
You're okay picking up the phone and calling people you don't know. That's a big part of the job early on.
You can speak clearly in English and Telugu. Hindi helps.
You know your way around Google Sheets or Excel.
You follow up on things without being chased, and you understand that a lot of what crosses your desk is confidential.
You're in Tirupati, or you can move here at your own cost.
What you get
₹7,000 a month, paid on a fixed date.
A certificate when you finish, and a recommendation letter if you've done well.
Real work. You'll be running the hiring process, not watching someone else do it.
A small team, so what you do is visible.

Monday to Saturday, day shift.
