Drafting, vetting and finalizing Agreement to Sale, Sale deed, Long Term Lease, Conveyance deed; Registration and mutation of land documents; Conducting due diligence on the title of the property; Attending public hearings, whereever applicable;
Assisting the Land Acquisition (LAQ) / Right of Use (RoU) team on issues relating to acquisition of RoU, maintenance of the LAQ / RoU, appearing before various Revenue Courts / Revenue Authorities and filing necessary applications and filing of Criminal complaints against the perpetrators for violation of the statutory provisions envisaged in the MPLRC, MP RoU Act or under any other Act as the case may be.
Candidate should have completed graduation with a degree in law or passed integrated law course of 5 years from a recognised university
Minimum experience of 8-10 years as a practicing advocate before District Court / High Court or looking after litigation portfolio in renowned corporate sector,
Experience in Revenue and Civil Criminal litigation,
Experience in handling litigation relating to Land Acquisition matters and Acquisition of Right of User in immovable properties,
Knowledge and experience in sale and purchase, title investigation of immovable properties and attending before the Revenue Authorities.
Proficiency in drafting of pleadings, notices and complaints including private complaints
Understanding of the MP Land Revenue Code and regulations, Land acquisition Act, local ROU Act & Rules, Registration Act, Stamp Duty Act, Transfer of Property Act, Civil Procedure Code, Criminal Procedure Code with amendments applicable to the state.
Knowledge in MS Office, Excel and drafting in Hindi and English.
