Job Summary
Bridge Edge Technology is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to support daily logistics and supply chain operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in logistics, transportation, and operations.
The candidate will assist in shipment coordination, delivery tracking, vendor communication, and operational support to ensure smooth and timely logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day B2B logistics operations including vehicle placement, shipment coordination, and delivery follow-ups.
- Source and onboard transport vendors, fleet owners, drivers, and business partners to strengthen the transportation network.
- Track shipments, monitor transit status, and provide timely updates to business customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and drivers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery of shipments.
- Handle driver-related issues such as route deviations, delays, breakdowns, documentation concerns, and operational escalations.
- Assist in vehicle allocation, route planning, and load scheduling activities.
- Maintain regular communication with vendors, drivers, to ensure smooth logistics execution.
Required Skills
- Understanding of transportation, logistics, or supply chain processes.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and vendors simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle operational challenges and driver escalations effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
