Job Title: CSR Lead Generation Executive
Department: CSR / Fundraising
Location: Wadala Office
Reporting To: Fundraising & Partnerships Lead
Role Overview
Responsible for building and maintaining a strong CSR prospect pipeline through research, outreach, and lead qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify 20–25 CSR prospects per month (companies, foundations)
- Build and maintain CSR donor database
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Generate and qualify leads for fundraising team
- Schedule meetings for Fundraising Lead
- Track all leads and interactions in CRM/Excel
KPIs
- 20–25 new leads/month
- 40–50 outreach attempts/week
- 8–10 qualified meetings/month
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in sales / tele calling / lead generation
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
Compensation
Fixed + performance incentive based on meetings generated
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
