About the Role
Airowire Networks is seeking a skilled NOC Engineer to join our Network Operations Center (NOC). This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise network infrastructures, including routing, switching, firewalls, wireless systems, Network Access Control (NAC), and SD-WAN technologies. You will work in a collaborative environment to ensure seamless network operations and provide excellent support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Network Monitoring: Continuously monitor network performance using advanced tools and respond to performance or connectivity issues.
· Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve first-level network issues, including those related to routing, switching, firewalls, wireless, NAC, and SD-WAN, escalating complex problems to senior teams.
· Incident Management: Respond to network incidents, manage ticketing systems, and ensure timely resolution within established SLAs.
· Change Management: Support configuration changes, firmware updates, and maintenance activities as per defined procedures.
· Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of incidents, root cause analyses, and network configuration changes.
· Collaboration: Work with senior engineers and other teams on enterprise networking projects and contribute to ongoing improvements.
Required Skills:
· Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
· Technical Knowledge:
o Solid understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP, etc.).
o Basic knowledge of firewall configurations and rule management (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA).
o Familiarity with wireless solutions (e.g., Cisco Meraki, Aruba), Network Access Control (NAC), and SD-WAN technologies.
o Knowledge of IP addressing, DNS, TCP/IP, and the OSI model.
o Ability to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment.
· Attention to detail and adaptability to dynamic work conditions.
· Certifications:
o Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
