About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to support the growth of our healthcare business. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, doctors, healthcare professionals, and other relevant stakeholders, and supporting the conversion of prospects into business partners or clients.
The role may involve both inside sales and field visits, depending on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and field visits.
- Identify potential hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, doctors, and healthcare organizations for partnerships.
- Connect with decision-makers and understand their business requirements and challenges.
- Present the company's healthcare products/services and explain their value proposition.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, demos, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare partners and clients.
- Manage the sales/partnership pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other business documents as required.
- Negotiate commercial and partnership terms in coordination with senior management.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, marketing, product, finance, and customer support to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate lead, client, meeting, and sales information in the CRM/Excel/MIS.
- Track daily and monthly business development activities, conversions, revenue, and other KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify new healthcare segments, competitors, market trends, and expansion opportunities.
- Attend healthcare events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking activities when required.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.

- Willingness to travel locally for client/hospital meetings, where required.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred for Delhi-NCR/UP roles.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, healthcare sales, medical sales, partnerships, or client acquisition.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a target-driven environment may also be considered.
- Prior experience in healthcare, pharma, health-tech, hospital services, diagnostics, or medical devices will be an advantage.
