Position: Fashion Designer (Production)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Accommodation:
Accommodation can be provided for candidates from outside Calicut.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fashion designing and garment production
✔ Knowledge of designer blouse, bridal wear, lehenga, gown, and ethnic wear production
✔ Ability to coordinate with cutting masters, tailors, and handwork teams
✔ Experience in production planning and quality control
✔ Good understanding of fabrics, measurements, fittings, and garment finishing
✔ Ability to create design concepts and oversee execution from start to finish
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing new collections
- Managing daily production activities
- Coordinating with cutting masters and handwork artisans
- Ensuring quality standards and timely delivery
- Supervising fittings, alterations, and finishing work
- Maintaining production schedules and workflow
