About the Role
StockDaddy is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective learners, understanding their requirements, and guiding them toward the most suitable stock market education programs. The role requires excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding StockDaddy's stock market learning programs.
Conduct online and offline counselling sessions to guide learners through the admission process.
Connect with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
Handle 100–150 outbound calls per day while maintaining quality interactions.
Understand learners' requirements and recommend suitable courses based on their goals.
Convert inquiries into enrollments while achieving monthly admission targets.
Handle objections professionally and build trust with prospective learners.
Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Update all lead interactions and follow-up statuses accurately in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled learners.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams by sharing feedback on lead quality and customer requirements.
Eligibility
•
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
•
1–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or EdTech sales.
•
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
•
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•
Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining conversion quality.
•
Target-oriented with the ability to achieve and exceed monthly goals.
•
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Preferred Experience
•
Prior experience in EdTech, Financial Education, Training Institutes, or Online Learning Platforms will be an added advantage.
Training & Employment
•
Selected candidates will undergo a mandatory 5-day paid training program.
•
The training will assess product knowledge, communication skills, sales aptitude, and overall performance.
•
Successful completion of the training assessment is mandatory to continue employment.
•
Candidates who clear the training will continue their employment from the 6th day onwards.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
