We are seeking a Technical Consultant Executive who is responsible for taking technical task in new customer implementations and providing technical service to existing customers on customer reported /requested technical issues/services. This includes data correction, data extractions and data loading at all times and ensuring that all the necessary action is taken to resolve a customer reported technical issues/requests.
Responsibilities:
- Technical tasks on new implementation like configuration, data loading, branding changes etc

Investigate technical Issues

Manage the resolution process for customers relating to data and applications for a particular Module
-
Track the technical issues and proactively emails/updating team with a status update or resolution mail
-
Accept additional projects or areas of responsibility that will improve the team's performance
-
Proactively contribute to the Technical Consultants team and the achievement of its goals.

Participate in Product Reviews and provide inputs for Improvements
Skills and Experience:
Skills & Qualification
-
SQL Server, SSIS and PowerBI with 3 years industry experience
-
Excellent Communication, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Logical Thinking, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking etc

BTech, MCA or MSc. In computers would be desirable
-
MongoDB knowledge added advantage
Requirements

Detail orientated with sound information of Problem-Solving skills

Experience in customer technical service or working knowledge in SQL server
-
The ability to learn and become experts in EHS Module/Product and develop a sound technical understanding
-
Willingness to undertake additional projects and responsibilities from time to time

Flexibility with work times
