HR Executive
· Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination.
· Prepare and share offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR communication.
· Handle joining and on boarding formalities for new employees.
· Enter new joiner details and maintain employee records in Greythr.
· Update and maintain the daily consumption sheet.
· Manage employee documentation and file organization (physical & digital).
· Support HR team with day-to-day operational tasks as required.
Skills Requirements :
· Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
· Education: B.Com or equivalent.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good sourcing and networking ability.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment tools, and job portals.
· Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
